Pantea Bahram, star of ifilm series ‘The Warped Interpretation of a Dream’ has joined new opera play ‘Seven Cities of Love’.

A photo of the actress in the play has gone viral that shows her in a white gown with a golden crown.

‘Seven Cities of Love’ as put by the Iranian poet Attar of Nishapur narrates the story of some birds that start a journey to reach the source of all knowledge or Ahoura Mazda. The fruit of this long path to wisdom is getting to know oneself better or the same idea of self-awareness.

Mohammad-Reza Foroutan, Hanieh Tavassoli, Merila Zarei, Abolfazl Pourarab, Andisheh Fouladvand and Nasim Adabi are also among the cast members of ‘Seven Cities of Love’.

Born in 1969, Bahram has studied acting in the school of Arts and Literature at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting College.

In 1988, she appeared in her first play and continued her academic education in performance literature.

Her powerful role in the series ‘The Passenger’ brought her nationwide fame.

Bahram has taken part in a number of series, including ‘The Mirror’, ‘The Young Officer’, ‘Under the Vestibule’, and ‘The Warped Interpretation of a Dream’.

She has also appeared in several movies, including ‘The Beautiful and the Hideous’, ‘Sunglasses’, ‘The Attorney’, ‘Tokyo, Non-stop’, ‘Eqlima’, ‘Nothing’, ‘Persisting Dreams’, ‘I'm a Mother’, ‘Horses Are Noble Animals’, ‘Without Reason or Cause’, ‘Tragedy’, ‘Sensitive Level’, and ‘Binam Alley’.

Bahram has received numerous awards from different theater festivals.

She was nominated for an Iran Cinema Celebration Award in 2007 for ‘Forever Young’.

She received a Diploma of Honor and Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the Fajr International Film Festival for her role in ‘Bright Day’.
